At the annual event last spring, it was determined that we should offer two professional development events designed specifically for those in coaching roles. We thank Zionsville Community Schools for volunteering to host our fall event. We are especially looking forward to welcoming those new to the coaching position into the network! The spring event will take place at Franklin Township Community School Corporation on February 7, 2017.
This Google Doc can be shared with your administration as needed. Check back for additional information and resources such as local accommodations for those traveling, a potential meet-up the night prior, and a virtual session board to get a jump start on planning.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Come early to help build the board of sessions and get to know your coaching colleagues beyond our virtual connections. We ask that all attendees be in the meeting space by 8:45 a.m. for a message from our event sponsor, Amazon Education.
Lunch will be on your own. Suggested options are on this Google Map. We encourage carpooling to extend your collaboration time. The final session of the day will conclude at 2:30 p.m. EST. We will meet briefly for a SLAM & feedback before dismissing at 3:00 p.m. (in time to beat the high school dismissal).
