For those who are traveling the night before, we shared a map of hotels in the area and details on a block of rooms (reservations need to be made by January 30th).
The coordinators of the event have arranged for a meet-up on Monday night. You can RSVP for this "no host" gathering when you register. They need to confirm group size on the first of February.
